Who are Momi Inc?
Momi Inc emerged from the successes of the London Hip Hop Festival - a timely, high profile spotlight on the range of talent in the UK.
The landmark event worked directly with some 200 artists, 90 organisations and audiences in excess of 20,000 in May 2000 and June 2001. It exposed the strength of the scene and helped pave the way to a more credible genre.
Momi Inc was established to maintain this impetus and collaborate with
established networks, prominent media and venues, industry organisations
and cultural institutions.
Today Momi Inc represents within Arts Council England, Creative People and
other organisations with an aim to strengthen the resources of the hip hop
community.
